Terms and Conditions

By booking a stay with BackYard Campers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Accommodations

• We offer stationary RV campers and, beginning in 2026, on-site cabins. We do not offer sites for guest-owned RVs.
• All accommodations are designed for simple, peaceful stays and have limited space.
• Our RV campers and cabins are not equipped with cribs or child-specific amenities.
• Children and pets are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

Property Environment

• Our property is located in a wooded, rural setting. Guests should expect natural outdoor conditions, including uneven terrain, wildlife, insects, and changing weather.
• Wild animals frequent the property, including but not limited to: porcupines, raccoons, skunks, deer, moose, mice, squirrels, chipmunks, birds, and other native wildlife.
• Guests must not leave food, trash, or scented items unattended outdoors, including on picnic tables or near accommodations.
• BackYard Campers is not responsible for food, personal items, or property damaged or taken by wildlife.

Guest Responsibilities

• Quiet hours must be respected at all times. No parties or events are permitted.
• Parking is limited to designated areas only.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Refunds will not be issued for encounters with wildlife, insects, weather conditions, or other natural elements associated with a rural outdoor setting.

Check-in & Acknowledgment

• Check-in instructions and parking details will be provided prior to arrival.
• By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of a rural, outdoor stay and agree to these terms and conditions.
